All compounds and materials sold by Truevio Research are supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory and analytical research use only. Nothing we sell is a drug, dietary supplement, cosmetic, medical device, or food. Our products are not manufactured, labeled, or intended for human or veterinary use.

No product sold here has been evaluated or approved by the FDA or any other regulatory agency for diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any condition. We make no therapeutic, medical, performance, or cosmetic claims of any kind.

You may not purchase from Truevio Research if you intend to:

• administer, ingest, inject, inhale, or apply any product to a human or animal;
• resell, repackage, or distribute any product for human or veterinary consumption;
• compound, formulate, or manufacture a consumer or clinical product;
• use any product in a clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic setting involving people or animals;
• make or repeat any medical, dosing, weight-loss, anti-aging, or performance claim about a product.

Orders that suggest non-research intent will be cancelled and refunded, and the buyer may be permanently blocked.

Access to this site requires confirmation that you are 21 years of age or older. At checkout you must additionally attest — as a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or an authorized representative of a research organization — that the products are purchased solely for lawful in vitro research and will never be administered to humans or animals. You must state your research organization or affiliation and the intended research purpose of your order. Attestations are recorded with your order.

Providing false information voids the sale, forfeits any refund, and shifts all responsibility and liability for misuse to you.

Buyers are solely responsible for safe handling, storage, labeling, and disposal in accordance with all applicable laws and good laboratory practice, and must ensure anyone handling the material is properly trained and equipped.

Buyers are responsible for confirming that receipt and use of any product is lawful in their jurisdiction, including all import requirements, duties, and taxes. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion — including orders that appear to be for non-research purposes, orders to jurisdictions where the material is restricted, or orders flagged by our fraud and compliance review.

Products ship worldwide in discreet packaging. Because these are research materials, all sales are final once an order has shipped; if a shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it.

Products are supplied “as is” for research purposes, without any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Truevio Research’s total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product in question, and we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from misuse of our products, including any use in or on a human or animal body.
